Here's a quick guide to get you started:

1. Add a Child
You can add multiple children, but you need to add at least one before you make a reservation. When you make a reservation, you can pick which child the reservation is for.

2. Complete Child Profile
You can book a spot before completing all sections, but please complete your child's profile before their first visit. The information you provide is used to automatically fill out daycare admission forms that are required in California. Once you complete the profile, we’ll safely store the information for your next drop-off to save you time.

Fixing Forms
You can see the forms once you make a reservation and click on the reservation. If your forms are not filled out correctly even if you entered the right information, we recommend downloading the forms to your computer, correcting them on your own, and taking printed copies to your provider. Thank you for your patience as we work on improving our forms center.

3. Book a Spot

To book a spot, return to the homepage and start your search.

Once you find the daycare and spot you want, submit a request, and a message will be sent to your daycare requesting the reservation. You will soon receive an email with your daycare’s response. You can also check the status of your reservations here.

You can cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 48 hours before the service date.
